The Objective

GEO Modular House for 7 People

GEO is a compact yet genuinely spacious modular house for up to 7 people, designed for family getaways and weekends with a larger group. This two-level modular home is planned so everyone has a dedicated zone: a private bedroom for parents, an upper sleeping level for children, and a fold-out sofa in the main lounge for guests or an extra family member.

The GEO layout adapts easily to different use cases—holiday rentals, glamping resorts, coastal retreats, trips with friends, small events, or intimate team-building weekends. Inside, you get a functional kitchen and dining area, with a flexible table setup that can be moved closer to the sofa to comfortably seat more people. A high ceiling, soft perimeter LED lighting, air conditioning, and a TV create the atmosphere of a modern “cozy hotel”: simple, calm, and fully equipped for short- and mid-term stays. A separate bathroom and well-planned storage in the main area, entry, and bedroom help keep the space organized even at full occupancy.

The architecture and materials support the same idea of practical comfort. Natural larch wood cladding gives the façade a warm, tactile character, develops a beautiful patina over time, and visually connects the home to its natural surroundings—ideal for Mediterranean and Adriatic coastal locations. The geometry is performance-driven: the compact volume reduces heat loss, the higher roofline adds air and daylight to the main living space, and the distinctive silhouette makes GEO instantly recognizable as a modern piece of modular architecture, even at a small scale.
