Contemporary Elegance Meets Nature

Welcome to a residence where architectural brilliance and natural harmony converge — a visionary villa designed for those who seek beauty, comfort, and serenity in equal measure. Set against a stunning landscape of rolling hills and sculpted greenery, this modern masterpiece redefines luxury living.

A Statement of Modern Architecture

With bold geometric lines, expansive glass facades, and a seamless fusion of stone and white render, the villa exudes minimalist sophistication. Each angle, overhang, and opening is precisely crafted to frame the landscape, maximize light, and elevate your daily living experience.

Living in Symbiosis with Nature

A defining feature of this villa is the majestic pine tree rising through the architecture — a living sculpture that pierces the structure and brings the outdoors into every space. Carefully preserved and proudly displayed, it symbolizes the villa’s eco-conscious soul and biophilic design philosophy.

Indoor-Outdoor Harmony

Every detail is designed to celebrate open living: floor-to-ceiling windows invite the outside in, while covered patios and terraces extend the living space to the elements. The outdoor lounge and dining area flow effortlessly into the pristine infinity-edge pool, reflecting the sky and the surrounding landscape like a natural mirror.

Luxury that Lives and Breathes

From its sun-drenched poolside deck to the lush landscaped gardens, this home is a sanctuary for the senses. Interior spaces are bathed in natural light, while smart spatial planning ensures comfort and privacy across both floors. Premium finishes and eco-friendly materials speak to a refined, sustainable lifestyle.

Villa da Árvore Viva is a contemporary Adriatic coastal villa designed to feel calm, light, and deeply connected to nature. The concept blends minimalist geometry with warm stone textures, generous glazing, and a carefully composed outdoor lifestyle around a pool terrace.

Adriatic coastal villa — concept design + CGI

This project was developed as a visual and architectural concept: clear massing, refined façade rhythm, and photorealistic CGI that communicates the atmosphere of modern Mediterranean living — shade, breeze, and seamless indoor–outdoor flow.

Key idea: biophilic architecture around a preserved pine

The villa is composed to frame an existing pine as a natural landmark. Instead of removing mature greenery, the architecture highlights it — turning the courtyard view into a “living sculpture” and strengthening the identity of the home.

Planning highlights

  • Indoor–outdoor living: large sliding glazing opens the main living zone toward covered terraces.
  • Privacy by design: controlled openings and overhangs protect key areas while keeping panoramic views.
  • Resort-like exterior: infinity-edge pool composition with lounge and dining zones.

Materials & façade language

The architectural language is minimalist and timeless: white rendered volumes contrasted with natural stone, deep shadows under overhangs, and dark window frames that visually “dissolve” into the glazing.
