Bachelor Flat Interior Design (hi-end) & CGI | Danica

High-end bachelor flat interior created with functional minimalism, a darker palette and photorealistic CGI control.

Back to portfolio

This bachelor flat interior design shows how Danica can turn a compact residence into a premium bachelor flat with clear zones, controlled lighting and a restrained material palette. The project was developed as an interior concept and CGI package, so the main value is the precision of planning before execution.

Design objective

The brief was focused on functional minimalism and a masculine aesthetic. Instead of filling the apartment with decorative gestures, the design uses darker surfaces, clean furniture volumes and layered light to make the small footprint feel intentional. Every visible element has to support daily use, visual order and a high-end residential mood.

Spatial and material logic

CGI as a design control tool

Photorealistic CGI was used to test the apartment before final decisions: furniture scale, lighting temperature, finish combinations and camera-level perception. This is important for compact interiors because small mistakes in proportion or material contrast become immediately visible in daily use.

The result is a concise portfolio story for a premium small apartment: not a generic studio image, but a controlled interior design direction where mood, storage, lighting and execution logic are aligned before construction or procurement begins.
