GEO is a modular home for up to 7 people, planned for coastal hospitality, glamping resorts, family getaways and group weekends. The concept is compact, but it is not a one-room cabin: it uses a two-level layout so sleeping, storage, kitchen, dining and lounge functions remain organized at full occupancy.
Layout and capacity
- Overall footprint: 8.78 x 3.98 m with a flat roof and two-level interior logic.
- Living room, kitchen and dining zone of 17.46 m2 with direct terrace access.
- Ground-floor bedroom for 2 people and a compact bathroom of 2.88 m2.
- Upper sleeping loft of 13.21 m2 for 3 additional guests.
- Sofa-bed option in the living room, bringing total capacity to 7 people.
Design and material logic
The architecture uses a compact volume, higher roofline and full-height glazing to create air and daylight inside the module. Natural larch wood cladding gives the exterior a warm tactile character and helps GEO visually connect with Mediterranean and Adriatic coastal settings.
For Danica, GEO is a useful modular portfolio record because it shows how a small building can support real family or hospitality capacity without losing order. The layout can serve rentals, coastal retreats, modular villages and intimate team-building stays.
