Shimonov Residence is a warm modern-classic New York residence developed through interior design, CGI, drawings and specifications. The project combines bespoke millwork, stone-and-wood finishes and layered architectural lighting across the main living spaces, private suite, kitchen, bathroom and circulation areas.
Design concept
The overall aesthetic balances contemporary minimal lines with subtle classic detailing. Warm neutral tones make the rooms feel bright during the day, while recessed and decorative lighting shifts the atmosphere toward a softer, more intimate mood in the evening.
Room-by-room logic
- Master suite with a soft architectural ceiling, statement headboard wall, vanity zone and layered TV feature wall.
- Walk-in wardrobe with built-in storage, open shelving, drawer blocks and warm integrated LEDs.
- Kitchen anchored by a generous stone island, calm cabinetry, integrated appliances and a sculptural glass pendant.
- Bathroom with light stone surfaces, matte-black fixtures, floating vanity and oval backlit mirror.
Why the CGI package matters
This record is not only a visual portfolio entry. It shows how custom millwork, storage, stone, wood, lighting and circulation can be coordinated before procurement and renovation. The result is a cohesive residence where every room belongs to the same design system.
