Queens NY is a connected New York apartment narrative: an interior design and CGI project that turns separate rooms into one clear residential language. The source brief names interior design, drawings, specifications, furniture and renovation coordination, so the portfolio record has both visual and delivery value.
Project objective
The apartment already had workable rooms, but the home needed identity and continuity. Danica shaped the entry, circulation, living room, dining zone, kitchen, bedrooms, walk-in wardrobes and bathrooms into a calm premium composition that reads as intentional from the first step inside.
Key design moves
- Entry and circulation planned for a quiet first impression with proportion, height and reflective surfaces.
- Dining room anchored by a long table, sculptural chandelier and mirror-wall composition.
- Kitchen organized around an island, marble surfaces and architectural lighting.
- Private zones finished with neutral palettes, controlled light and functional storage systems.
From visuals to renovation coordination
The project demonstrates Danica's full interior workflow for a New York residence: concept development, mood and materials, 3D visualization, drawings, specifications and practical renovation support. CGI is used here as a control layer so furniture, lighting, stone, mirrors and storage are understood before decisions become site work.
