This Versace-inspired modern classic apartment is an interior design and photorealistic CGI visualization package for a private luxury residence. The project translates a fashion-house mood into a build-ready residential concept with marble, brass, walnut, mouldings, wall panels and statement lighting.
Design language
A calm ivory shell is contrasted with deep graphite cabinetry, warm walnut panels and precise brass detailing. The composition is ceremonial, but still planned for daily use: a kitchen for hosting, a formal dining area and a lounge anchored by couture-style furniture accents.
Key interior elements
- Double-island kitchen with waterfall marble and deep graphite shaker-style cabinetry.
- Multi-tier brass-and-glass chandeliers repeated across kitchen and living areas.
- Wall panelling, mouldings, decorative plaster motifs and a classical column detail.
- Professional-grade cooking wall with marble hood niche, pot filler and integrated double ovens.
- Medusa-inspired lounge accents, ivory marble surfaces, brass hardware and soft textile layers.
Visualization and specification value
The deliverables include space planning, drawings, material and FF&E specifications, a photoreal render pack and author supervision. For Danica, the project demonstrates how luxury visual language can be controlled through CGI before construction, reducing uncertainty around details, proportions and finish combinations.
