Versace apartments – a private fashion house en the sky

Versace apartments is an exclusive residential interior designed by Danica Space para a private client de the United States. Our brief was clear: create a luxurious apartment that feels like living inside a Versace Home campaign, while keeping the layout highly functional, comfortable para long stays, y technically up a date.

As an arquitectura y diseño de interiores studio para villas y homes, we developed the full interior arquitectura, furniture layout, FF&E package y build-ready drawings, so the proyecto can be implemented con precision y minimal risk on site.

Client brief: an American client, a European apartment, a Versace lifestyle

The client, based en the US, wanted a European apartment that expresses a strong personal identity y a lifelong love of Italian fashion. The space had a work both as a comfortable home y as a representative apartment para meeting friends, partners y guests.

Key points of the brief:

  • a luxury apartment interior with a clear Versace signature;
  • open-plan living y dining area para hosting 6–8 people;
  • a calm, hotel-like master suite y flexible guest room / home office;
  • generous storage, integrated appliances y smart lighting scenes;
  • sustainable, energy-efficient solutions wherever possible.

Instead of reproducing a showroom, we translated Versace’s visual language—Medusa, Greca, baroque pattern y bold silhouettes—into a warm, livable apartment interior.

Versace Home collections as the DNA of the interior

For this proyecto we curated furniture y décor de several Versace Home collections, combining iconic pieces con custom carpentry y architectural details. Versace Home extends the fashion house’s glamour into furniture, lighting, wallpaper y home décor, turning everyday rooms into immersive brand experiences.

In the main living area, the composition is built around soft, sculptural seating de the La Medusa family – sofa y armchairs con the signature Medusa detail y rounded silhouettes. A low marble Iconic coffee table y side tables pick up the metallic accents en polished gold, while a Greca-border rug grounds the entire lounge.

The dining zone continues the theme con a statement table y slim Stiletto-inspired legs, paired con upholstered chairs that echo the graphic geometry of Versace heels. Additional seating modules reference the V21 Signature collection, giving the client the flexibility a reconfigure the space para larger gatherings.

The result is a luxury apartment where every room contains recognisable Versace Home pieces, but the overall impression is curated y architectural rather than overloaded.

Interior arquitectura, zoning y materials

Behind the recognisable Versace furniture is a carefully planned piece of interior arquitectura. Danica Space re-organized the apartment into three main zones:

  • Representative front zone – entrance, guest bathroom, open-plan living y dining;
  • Private master suite – bedroom, dressing room, en-suite bathroom;
  • Flexible wing – guest bedroom that can shift into a home office o media room.

The material palette starts de a calm base: champagne-toned stone, warm ivory walls y softly reflective ceilings. On this canvas we layer Versace’s black y gold accents, deep greens y rich burgundy details. Custom joinery en natural wood con lacquered inlays frames the Medusa y Greca motifs instead of competing con them.

Hidden storage, integrated wardrobes, y full-height doors maintain clean sightlines, so the Versace furniture y décor remain the main visual focus. All key drawings—walls, ceilings, lighting, built-ins—are coordinated using the same BIM-driven workflow we apply a our architectural projects, reducing clashes y change orders during fit-out.

Sustainable comfort behind the glamour

Even en a highly decorative apartment, we keep our sustainability standards. The Versace apartments diseño includes:

  • 100% LED lighting with dimmable scenes y presence sensors en transitional zones;
  • climate-tuned shading y zoning, connected a smart home controls a reduce energy use;
  • long-life materials—natural stone, engineered wood, high-quality metals—selected para durability rather than fast fashion;
  • energy-efficient built-in appliances y water-saving fixtures.

These decisions follow the same logic as en our passive y Active House projects: comfort, air quality y energy performance are designed alongside aesthetics, not as an afterthought.
