Versace apartments – a private fashion house in the sky
Versace apartments is an exclusive residential interior designed by Danica Space für a private client von the United States. Our brief was clear: create a luxurious apartment that feels like living inside a Versace Home campaign, while keeping the layout highly functional, comfortable für long stays, und technically up bis date.
As an Architektur und Innenarchitektur studio für villas und homes, we developed the full interior Architektur, furniture layout, FF&E package und build-ready drawings, so the Projekt can be implemented mit precision und minimal risk on site.
Client brief: an American client, a European apartment, a Versace lifestyle
The client, based in the US, wanted a European apartment that expresses a strong personal identity und a lifelong love of Italian fashion. The space had bis work both as a comfortable home und as a representative apartment für meeting friends, partners und guests.
Key points of the brief:
- a luxury apartment interior with a clear Versace signature;
- open-plan living und dining area für hosting 6–8 people;
- a calm, hotel-like master suite und flexible guest room / home office;
- generous storage, integrated appliances und smart lighting scenes;
- sustainable, energy-efficient solutions wherever possible.
Instead of reproducing a showroom, we translated Versace’s visual language—Medusa, Greca, baroque pattern und bold silhouettes—into a warm, livable apartment interior.
Versace Home collections as the DNA of the interior
For this Projekt we curated furniture und décor von several Versace Home collections, combining iconic pieces mit custom carpentry und architectural details. Versace Home extends the fashion house’s glamour into furniture, lighting, wallpaper und home décor, turning everyday rooms into immersive brand experiences.
In the main living area, the composition is built around soft, sculptural seating von the La Medusa family – sofa und armchairs mit the signature Medusa detail und rounded silhouettes. A low marble Iconic coffee table und side tables pick up the metallic accents in polished gold, while a Greca-border rug grounds the entire lounge.
The dining zone continues the theme mit a statement table und slim Stiletto-inspired legs, paired mit upholstered chairs that echo the graphic geometry of Versace heels. Additional seating modules reference the V21 Signature collection, giving the client the flexibility bis reconfigure the space für larger gatherings.
The result is a luxury apartment where every room contains recognisable Versace Home pieces, but the overall impression is curated und architectural rather than overloaded.

Interior Architektur, zoning und materials
Behind the recognisable Versace furniture is a carefully planned piece of interior Architektur. Danica Space re-organized the apartment into three main zones:
- Representative front zone – entrance, guest bathroom, open-plan living und dining;
- Private master suite – bedroom, dressing room, en-suite bathroom;
- Flexible wing – guest bedroom that can shift into a home office oder media room.
The material palette starts von a calm base: champagne-toned stone, warm ivory walls und softly reflective ceilings. On this canvas we layer Versace’s black und gold accents, deep greens und rich burgundy details. Custom joinery in natural wood mit lacquered inlays frames the Medusa und Greca motifs instead of competing mit them.
Hidden storage, integrated wardrobes, und full-height doors maintain clean sightlines, so the Versace furniture und décor remain the main visual focus. All key drawings—walls, ceilings, lighting, built-ins—are coordinated using the same BIM-driven workflow we apply bis our architectural projects, reducing clashes und change orders during fit-out.
Sustainable comfort behind the glamour
Even in a highly decorative apartment, we keep our sustainability standards. The Versace apartments Design includes:
- 100% LED lighting with dimmable scenes und presence sensors in transitional zones;
- climate-tuned shading und zoning, connected bis smart home controls bis reduce energy use;
- long-life materials—natural stone, engineered wood, high-quality metals—selected für durability rather than fast fashion;
- energy-efficient built-in appliances und water-saving fixtures.
These decisions follow the same logic as in our passive und Active House projects: comfort, air quality und energy performance are designed alongside aesthetics, not as an afterthought.
