Versace apartments – a private fashion house u the sky
Versace apartments is an exclusive residential interior designed by Danica Space za a private client od the United States. Our brief was clear: create a luxurious apartment that feels like living inside a Versace Home campaign, while keeping the layout highly functional, comfortable za long stays, i technically up do date.
As an arhitektura i dizajn interijera studio za villas i homes, we developed the full interior arhitektura, furniture layout, FF&E package i build-ready drawings, so the projekt can be implemented s precision i minimal risk on site.
Client brief: an American client, a European apartment, a Versace lifestyle
The client, based u the US, wanted a European apartment that expresses a strong personal identity i a lifelong love of Italian fashion. The space had do work both as a comfortable home i as a representative apartment za meeting friends, partners i guests.
Key points of the brief:
- a luxury apartment interior with a clear Versace signature;
- open-plan living i dining area za hosting 6–8 people;
- a calm, hotel-like master suite i flexible guest room / home office;
- generous storage, integrated appliances i smart lighting scenes;
- sustainable, energy-efficient solutions wherever possible.
Instead of reproducing a showroom, we translated Versace’s visual language—Medusa, Greca, baroque pattern i bold silhouettes—into a warm, livable apartment interior.
Versace Home collections as the DNA of the interior
For this projekt we curated furniture i décor od several Versace Home collections, combining iconic pieces s custom carpentry i architectural details. Versace Home extends the fashion house’s glamour into furniture, lighting, wallpaper i home décor, turning everyday rooms into immersive brand experiences.
In the main living area, the composition is built around soft, sculptural seating od the La Medusa family – sofa i armchairs s the signature Medusa detail i rounded silhouettes. A low marble Iconic coffee table i side tables pick up the metallic accents u polished gold, while a Greca-border rug grounds the entire lounge.
The dining zone continues the theme s a statement table i slim Stiletto-inspired legs, paired s upholstered chairs that echo the graphic geometry of Versace heels. Additional seating modules reference the V21 Signature collection, giving the client the flexibility do reconfigure the space za larger gatherings.
The result is a luxury apartment where every room contains recognisable Versace Home pieces, but the overall impression is curated i architectural rather than overloaded.

Interior arhitektura, zoning i materials
Behind the recognisable Versace furniture is a carefully planned piece of interior arhitektura. Danica Space re-organized the apartment into three main zones:
- Representative front zone – entrance, guest bathroom, open-plan living i dining;
- Private master suite – bedroom, dressing room, en-suite bathroom;
- Flexible wing – guest bedroom that can shift into a home office ili media room.
The material palette starts od a calm base: champagne-toned stone, warm ivory walls i softly reflective ceilings. On this canvas we layer Versace’s black i gold accents, deep greens i rich burgundy details. Custom joinery u natural wood s lacquered inlays frames the Medusa i Greca motifs instead of competing s them.
Hidden storage, integrated wardrobes, i full-height doors maintain clean sightlines, so the Versace furniture i décor remain the main visual focus. All key drawings—walls, ceilings, lighting, built-ins—are coordinated using the same BIM-driven workflow we apply do our architectural projects, reducing clashes i change orders during fit-out.
Sustainable comfort behind the glamour
Even u a highly decorative apartment, we keep our sustainability standards. The Versace apartments dizajn includes:
- 100% LED lighting with dimmable scenes i presence sensors u transitional zones;
- climate-tuned shading i zoning, connected do smart home controls do reduce energy use;
- long-life materials—natural stone, engineered wood, high-quality metals—selected za durability rather than fast fashion;
- energy-efficient built-in appliances i water-saving fixtures.
These decisions follow the same logic as u our passive i Active House projects: comfort, air quality i energy performance are designed alongside aesthetics, not as an afterthought.
