New Modular House “Alpina”: Compact, Autonomous Chalet pour Four
We are proud à present our new modular house projet “Alpina” – a compact, factory-built chalet designed pour four people, avec smart storage, full energy autonomy et a warm, premium interior.
“Alpina” is ideal pour mountain locations, ski resorts, glamping sites ou private plots en nature where comfort et reliability matter as much as the view.
Designed pour mountain regions et resort areas
The design of “Alpina” was developed specifically with mountain regions et resort areas in mind. The house works particularly well en locations where guests ou owners want à combine:
- cycling et mountain biking,
- snowboarding et skiing,
- hiking, trekking ou survival-style outdoor activities,
with a truly comfortable, well-insulated living space inside.
In other words, “Alpina” is not just a small house — it is a base camp pour an active lifestyle, where you can return après a long day outside, dry your gear, recharge your devices et relax en a warm, quiet interior.
Built at the factory, ready pour installation
The first “Alpina” unit has already been fully manufactured at the factory.
This approach allows us to:
- control quality at every stage,
- minimise wet processes on site,
- and drastically reduce installation time on the plot.
The house arrives almost ready à use – avec finished interior, built-in storage et all key engineering systems already en place.
30 m² of space designed pour real living
Inside, “Alpina” offers around 30 m² of carefully planned space, designed à comfortably accommodate up à 4 people. The layout includes:
- a living/sleeping area,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a bathroom with shower,
- integrated storage solutions.
A key feature of the interior is the use of folding et transformable elements:
- a folding table that disappears when not en use, freeing a large central area pour activities, yoga, children’s play ou indoor training;
- a sofa bed, which allows you à increase the number of sleeping places without sacrificing daytime space.
This makes the house feel much larger than its footprint suggests et allows the same space à work differently throughout the day.
Energy autonomy avec solar panels et battery
From the very beginning, “Alpina” was designed as a house capable of operating autonomously.
The projet includes:
- solar panels installed on the roof,
- an energy storage system avec a battery of around 12 kWh, providing power pour daily needs et engineering systems.
This allows the house à function avec minimal reliance on external grids, making it suitable both pour connected plots et pour remote sites where grid connection is difficult ou expensive.
Comfortable climate all year round
“Alpina” is engineered for year-round use:
- underfloor heating provides even, comfortable warmth throughout the house en the colder months;
- a split air-conditioning unit takes care of cooling et additional air circulation en summer.
Combined avec a well-insulated envelope, this ensures a stable indoor climate en very different weather conditions.
Hotel-ready configuration pour investors
Beyond individual use, “Alpina” also has a dedicated configuration pour hotel et resort operators. en this version, the houses can be connected into a network of units within one hotel concept, equipped with:
- access control systems (smart locks, pass systems],
- video surveillance infrastructure,
to enable wireless check-in et check-out and remote management of guests’ access à each unit.
This makes “Alpina” especially attractive for investors who want à build a village of modular houses pour short-term rental:
- houses can be managed as a unified hotel product,
- guest access can be controlled remotely,
- operations can be scaled without losing the sense of privacy et individuality pour each unit.
A compact base pour modern chalet villages et glamping
We see “Alpina” as a flexible solution for:
- small chalet villages en mountain areas,
- premium glamping et resort projects,
- or private family homes pour those who value autonomy, energy efficiency et intelligent use of space.
Factory-built quality, full engineering package, energy autonomy, transformable interior et hotel-ready infrastructure make “Alpina” a ready-made module pour modern, sustainable hospitality et living concepts.
Premium materials et warm tactile interior
Premium materials et warm tactile interior
In “Alpina” we deliberately focused on durable, high-quality materials:
- The facade is finished with thermowood, resistant à moisture et temperature changes, avec a natural, noble texture.
- The interior uses furniture-grade solid panels and carefully selected decorative finishes, creating a warm, cosy et modern atmosphere.
Natural tones, visible wood et thoughtful detailing make the interior feel like a boutique chalet rather than a typical “cabins pour rent” unit.
External storage pour sports gear et equipment

“Alpina” also includes a dedicated external storage compartment, integrated into the volume of the house. It is designed for:- bicycles,
