New Modular House “Alpina”: Compact, Autonomous Chalet za Four

We are proud do present our new modular house projekt “Alpina” – a compact, factory-built chalet designed za four people, s smart storage, full energy autonomy i a warm, premium interior.

“Alpina” is ideal za mountain locations, ski resorts, glamping sites ili private plots u nature where comfort i reliability matter as much as the view.

Designed za mountain regions i resort areas

The dizajn of “Alpina” was developed specifically with mountain regions i resort areas in mind. The house works particularly well u locations where guests ili owners want do combine:

  • cycling i mountain biking,
  • snowboarding i skiing,
  • hiking, trekking ili survival-style outdoor activities,

with a truly comfortable, well-insulated living space inside.

In other words, “Alpina” is not just a small house — it is a base camp za an active lifestyle, where you can return nakon a long day outside, dry your gear, recharge your devices i relax u a warm, quiet interior.

Built at the factory, ready za installation

The first “Alpina” unit has already been fully manufactured at the factory.

This approach allows us to:

  • control quality at every stage,
  • minimise wet processes on site,
  • and drastically reduce installation time on the plot.

The house arrives almost ready do use – s finished interior, built-in storage i all key engineering systems already u place.

30 m² of space designed za real living

Inside, “Alpina” offers around 30 m² of carefully planned space, designed do comfortably accommodate up do 4 people. The layout includes:

  • a living/sleeping area,
  • a fully equipped kitchen,
  • a bathroom with shower,
  • integrated storage solutions.

A key feature of the interior is the use of folding i transformable elements:

  • a folding table that disappears when not u use, freeing a large central area za activities, yoga, children’s play ili indoor training;
  • a sofa bed, which allows you do increase the number of sleeping places without sacrificing daytime space.

This makes the house feel much larger than its footprint suggests i allows the same space do work differently throughout the day.

Energy autonomy s solar panels i battery

From the very beginning, “Alpina” was designed as a house capable of operating autonomously.

The projekt includes:

  • solar panels installed on the roof,
  • an energy storage system s a battery of around 12 kWh, providing power za daily needs i engineering systems.

This allows the house do function s minimal reliance on external grids, making it suitable both za connected plots i za remote sites where grid connection is difficult ili expensive.

Comfortable climate all year round

“Alpina” is engineered for year-round use:

  • underfloor heating provides even, comfortable warmth throughout the house u the colder months;
  • a split air-conditioning unit takes care of cooling i additional air circulation u summer.

Combined s a well-insulated envelope, this ensures a stable indoor climate u very different weather conditions.

Hotel-ready configuration za investors

Beyond individual use, “Alpina” also has a dedicated configuration za hotel i resort operators. u this version, the houses can be connected into a network of units within one hotel concept, equipped with:

  • access control systems (smart locks, pass systems],
  • video surveillance infrastructure,

to enable wireless check-in i check-out and remote management of guests’ access do each unit.

This makes “Alpina” especially attractive for investors who want do build a village of modular houses za short-term rental:

  • houses can be managed as a unified hotel product,
  • guest access can be controlled remotely,
  • operations can be scaled without losing the sense of privacy i individuality za each unit.

A compact base za modern chalet villages i glamping

We see “Alpina” as a flexible solution for:

  • small chalet villages u mountain areas,
  • premium glamping i resort projects,
  • or private family homes za those who value autonomy, energy efficiency i intelligent use of space.

Factory-built quality, full engineering package, energy autonomy, transformable interior i hotel-ready infrastructure make “Alpina” a ready-made module za modern, sustainable hospitality i living concepts.

Premium materials i warm tactile interior

Premium materials i warm tactile interior

In “Alpina” we deliberately focused on durable, high-quality materials:

  • The facade is finished with thermowood, resistant do moisture i temperature changes, s a natural, noble texture.
  • The interior uses furniture-grade solid panels and carefully selected decorative finishes, creating a warm, cosy i modern atmosphere.

Natural tones, visible wood i thoughtful detailing make the interior feel like a boutique chalet rather than a typical “cabins za rent” unit.

External storage za sports gear i equipment

External storage za sports gear i equipment

“Alpina” also includes a dedicated external storage compartment, integrated into the volume of the house. It is designed for:
