New Modular House “Alpina”: Compact, Autonomous Chalet für Four

We are proud bis present our new modular house Projekt “Alpina” – a compact, factory-built chalet designed für four people, mit smart storage, full energy autonomy und a warm, premium interior.

“Alpina” is ideal für mountain locations, ski resorts, glamping sites oder private plots in nature where comfort und reliability matter as much as the view.

Designed für mountain regions und resort areas

The Design of “Alpina” was developed specifically with mountain regions und resort areas in mind. The house works particularly well in locations where guests oder owners want bis combine:

  • cycling und mountain biking,
  • snowboarding und skiing,
  • hiking, trekking oder survival-style outdoor activities,

with a truly comfortable, well-insulated living space inside.

In other words, “Alpina” is not just a small house — it is a base camp für an active lifestyle, where you can return nach a long day outside, dry your gear, recharge your devices und relax in a warm, quiet interior.

Built at the factory, ready für installation

The first “Alpina” unit has already been fully manufactured at the factory.

This approach allows us to:

  • control quality at every stage,
  • minimise wet processes on site,
  • and drastically reduce installation time on the plot.

The house arrives almost ready bis use – mit finished interior, built-in storage und all key engineering systems already in place.

30 m² of space designed für real living

Inside, “Alpina” offers around 30 m² of carefully planned space, designed bis comfortably accommodate up bis 4 people. The layout includes:

  • a living/sleeping area,
  • a fully equipped kitchen,
  • a bathroom with shower,
  • integrated storage solutions.

A key feature of the interior is the use of folding und transformable elements:

  • a folding table that disappears when not in use, freeing a large central area für activities, yoga, children’s play oder indoor training;
  • a sofa bed, which allows you bis increase the number of sleeping places without sacrificing daytime space.

This makes the house feel much larger than its footprint suggests und allows the same space bis work differently throughout the day.

Energy autonomy mit solar panels und battery

From the very beginning, “Alpina” was designed as a house capable of operating autonomously.

The Projekt includes:

  • solar panels installed on the roof,
  • an energy storage system mit a battery of around 12 kWh, providing power für daily needs und engineering systems.

This allows the house bis function mit minimal reliance on external grids, making it suitable both für connected plots und für remote sites where grid connection is difficult oder expensive.

Comfortable climate all year round

“Alpina” is engineered for year-round use:

  • underfloor heating provides even, comfortable warmth throughout the house in the colder months;
  • a split air-conditioning unit takes care of cooling und additional air circulation in summer.

Combined mit a well-insulated envelope, this ensures a stable indoor climate in very different weather conditions.

Hotel-ready configuration für investors

Beyond individual use, “Alpina” also has a dedicated configuration für hotel und resort operators. in this version, the houses can be connected into a network of units within one hotel concept, equipped with:

  • access control systems (smart locks, pass systems],
  • video surveillance infrastructure,

to enable wireless check-in und check-out and remote management of guests’ access bis each unit.

This makes “Alpina” especially attractive for investors who want bis build a village of modular houses für short-term rental:

  • houses can be managed as a unified hotel product,
  • guest access can be controlled remotely,
  • operations can be scaled without losing the sense of privacy und individuality für each unit.

A compact base für modern chalet villages und glamping

We see “Alpina” as a flexible solution for:

  • small chalet villages in mountain areas,
  • premium glamping und resort projects,
  • or private family homes für those who value autonomy, energy efficiency und intelligent use of space.

Factory-built quality, full engineering package, energy autonomy, transformable interior und hotel-ready infrastructure make “Alpina” a ready-made module für modern, sustainable hospitality und living concepts.

Premium materials und warm tactile interior

Premium materials und warm tactile interior

In “Alpina” we deliberately focused on durable, high-quality materials:

  • The facade is finished with thermowood, resistant bis moisture und temperature changes, mit a natural, noble texture.
  • The interior uses furniture-grade solid panels and carefully selected decorative finishes, creating a warm, cosy und modern atmosphere.

Natural tones, visible wood und thoughtful detailing make the interior feel like a boutique chalet rather than a typical “cabins für rent” unit.

External storage für sports gear und equipment

External storage für sports gear und equipment

“Alpina” also includes a dedicated external storage compartment, integrated into the volume of the house. It is designed for:
  • bicycles,
  • snowboards und skis,
  • sledges,
  • seasonal oder household equipment.
For active families und guests who come für skiing, biking oder hiking, this solution keeps the interior clean und uncluttered while providing dry, secure storage right next bis the entrance.
