New Modular House “Alpina”: Compact, Autonomous Chalet per Four
We are proud a present our new modular house progetto “Alpina” – a compact, factory-built chalet designed per four people, con smart storage, full energy autonomy e a warm, premium interior.
“Alpina” is ideal per mountain locations, ski resorts, glamping sites o private plots in nature where comfort e reliability matter as much as the view.
Designed per mountain regions e resort areas
The design of “Alpina” was developed specifically with mountain regions e resort areas in mind. The house works particularly well in locations where guests o owners want a combine:
- cycling e mountain biking,
- snowboarding e skiing,
- hiking, trekking o survival-style outdoor activities,
with a truly comfortable, well-insulated living space inside.
In other words, “Alpina” is not just a small house — it is a base camp per an active lifestyle, where you can return dopo a long day outside, dry your gear, recharge your devices e relax in a warm, quiet interior.
Built at the factory, ready per installation
The first “Alpina” unit has already been fully manufactured at the factory.
This approach allows us to:
- control quality at every stage,
- minimise wet processes on site,
- and drastically reduce installation time on the plot.
The house arrives almost ready a use – con finished interior, built-in storage e all key engineering systems already in place.
30 m² of space designed per real living
Inside, “Alpina” offers around 30 m² of carefully planned space, designed a comfortably accommodate up a 4 people. The layout includes:
- a living/sleeping area,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a bathroom with shower,
- integrated storage solutions.
A key feature of the interior is the use of folding e transformable elements:
- a folding table that disappears when not in use, freeing a large central area per activities, yoga, children’s play o indoor training;
- a sofa bed, which allows you a increase the number of sleeping places without sacrificing daytime space.
This makes the house feel much larger than its footprint suggests e allows the same space a work differently throughout the day.
Energy autonomy con solar panels e battery
From the very beginning, “Alpina” was designed as a house capable of operating autonomously.
The progetto includes:
- solar panels installed on the roof,
- an energy storage system con a battery of around 12 kWh, providing power per daily needs e engineering systems.
This allows the house a function con minimal reliance on external grids, making it suitable both per connected plots e per remote sites where grid connection is difficult o expensive.
Comfortable climate all year round
“Alpina” is engineered for year-round use:
- underfloor heating provides even, comfortable warmth throughout the house in the colder months;
- a split air-conditioning unit takes care of cooling e additional air circulation in summer.
Combined con a well-insulated envelope, this ensures a stable indoor climate in very different weather conditions.
Hotel-ready configuration per investors
Beyond individual use, “Alpina” also has a dedicated configuration per hotel e resort operators. in this version, the houses can be connected into a network of units within one hotel concept, equipped with:
- access control systems (smart locks, pass systems],
- video surveillance infrastructure,
to enable wireless check-in e check-out and remote management of guests’ access a each unit.
This makes “Alpina” especially attractive for investors who want a build a village of modular houses per short-term rental:
- houses can be managed as a unified hotel product,
- guest access can be controlled remotely,
- operations can be scaled without losing the sense of privacy e individuality per each unit.
A compact base per modern chalet villages e glamping
We see “Alpina” as a flexible solution for:
- small chalet villages in mountain areas,
- premium glamping e resort projects,
- or private family homes per those who value autonomy, energy efficiency e intelligent use of space.
Factory-built quality, full engineering package, energy autonomy, transformable interior e hotel-ready infrastructure make “Alpina” a ready-made module per modern, sustainable hospitality e living concepts.
Premium materials e warm tactile interior
Premium materials e warm tactile interior
In “Alpina” we deliberately focused on durable, high-quality materials:
- The facade is finished with thermowood, resistant a moisture e temperature changes, con a natural, noble texture.
- The interior uses furniture-grade solid panels and carefully selected decorative finishes, creating a warm, cosy e modern atmosphere.
Natural tones, visible wood e thoughtful detailing make the interior feel like a boutique chalet rather than a typical “cabins per rent” unit.
